ADMIN BREAKOUT

DATE: Saturday, November 9th
TIME: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm
FACULTY: Ariel Swift, BS, CD, CPD

The function of a birth center is an ongoing balance of managing the day-to-day needs along with planning for future growth, projects, and community care.  What does the work look like to be ready when there is a person asking to support your mission and growth?  We’ll explore how to have appropriately sized support opportunities ready when the help becomes available.
