Birth Center Directors Network Meeting

Who should attend? This meeting is open only to Birth Center Owners and Clinical or Administrative Directors of freestanding birth centers and alongside midwifery units.

The Birth Center Directors Network Meeting is an opportunity to meet with your peers and discuss and workshop important issues you're facing. As part of the meeting, participants will break into small groups to discuss the following topics:

  • Nourishment (hiring, salary, benefits, students)

  • Restoration (workplace culture, breaking the cycle of martyrdom and bullying)

  • Sustainability (marketing, contracting, scheduling)
